Laura May Williams is thoughtful, creative and supportive. She devised excellent training schemes that both supported my aims and stretched my ability. I considerably improved my strength, stamina and flexibility in a period of 5 months meaning that a 3 week skiing trip to Canada over the 2012 Christmas period was an immensely satisfying and productive trip. Laura also checked that I was making progress through keeping excellent records that, when consulted, helped to rapidly overcome those plateau moments that we all know can occur. Her attitude was always positive and realistic. Laura changed the programme every 4 weeks so that the impact of new exercises spurred new muscle groups into action and allowed me to successfully develop my ski fitness efficiently. All the programmes could easily be repeated away from her careful watch with minimum equipment so that progress could readily be maintained.
