Please allow 75 – 90 minutes for the first session which will include an initial consultation.

The purpose of this session will be to discuss your current health and fitness levels and go through your completed fitness and lifestyle questionnaire that I shall supply in advance. We will cover your aims, skiing level and the ski trip/s you have planned so I can build up a picture of a suitable fitness program for you, then agree on next steps. The session will include some brief fitness testing to set a benchmark.
